How We Work

Our development process is based on a rapid development/rapid delivery model. We recognize that many training projects have short life cycles; software is eventually replaced or updated, policies and procedures change, video can get outdated if a key presenter no longer works for the company. So why not use an approach that matches the speed of an ever changing environment? Our consultants are instructional designers, but also have extensive training and e-learning development skills.  Slide decks we produce for instructor-led training are developed such that they can be easily repurposed for use as storyboards for video and e-learning modules. We use the minimum amount of components to achieve the maximum amount of results in the least amount of time.
